Tasting and fixed-price menus offer treats such as Peekytoe-crab salad and boudin of lobster, shrimp, and scallops. Prime Steakhouse - Also located next to the lake, this steakhouse includes contemporary choices such as foie gras brûlée with spiced-fig jam in addition to meat, seafood, and 11 potato options. Le Cirque - An outpost of the fabled New York City restaurant bearing the same name, this intimate, jewel-box restaurant features a draped silk "big-top" ceiling, an onyx bar, and mahogany accents. French-style dinners offer selections such as quail-confit salad and braised rabbit. Osteria del Circo - Adjacent to and a sibling of Le Cirque, this restaurant also branched out from New York City. It serves Italian lunches and dinners featuring dishes such as a salad of poached lobster and Tuscan beans, rabbit-and-foie gras tortelli, and wild boar chops with onion confit. Sensi - A culinary journey for the senses, with four open kitchens creating Italian, Asian, Grilled, and Seafood menus. Earthy decor with natural stone, wood, glass, water design. Located in Spa Tower. Jean Philippe Patisserie - European-style pastry shop showcasing a jewel box of edible gems. Gourmet delicacies including chocolates, cookies, crepes, cakes, sandwiches. Located in Spa Tower. Tuscany Kitchen - State-of-the-art demonstration kitchen with classroom seating and television. Olives - Offering lake-view terrace seating in warm weather, this lunch-and-dinner place offers choices such as spicy lobster, crisp duck, veal chops with caramelized endive, and flatbread pizzas. Aqua - This restaurant features selections such as lobster pot pie and whole roasted foie gras, as well as a vegetarian tasting menus. Jasmine - This Chinese restaurant serves Peking duck, live-tank seafood, and wok-fried lamb chops in a windowed dining room overlooking the lake. Shintaro - This Japanese restaurant offers a pre-theater tasting menu in addition to sushi, teppanyaki, and other classics. Noodles - Featuring Pan-Asian noodle dishes. Dim sum is served Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The Buffet - Bellagio's version of a classic Las Vegas all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant upgrades the usual breakfast, lunch, and dinner fare. Breads are baked on the premises, and the dessert menu includes bubble-gum vanilla floats. Specialty cocktails are offered in the bar and lounge area.
